  I recently went in to just grab a coffee and was planning on relaxing at the coffee bar until it was time to pick my wife up from the airport. As I was relaxing and just minding my own business, I was greeted by one of the employees and told "umm sir, we're closed." I didn't make an issue of it because I'm not one for confrontation. But how are they closing when it's only 8pm??? I wanted to know for sure so I checked Google and the website says they close at 10pm. I will NEVER return here again and I truly hope the manager sees this because that is NOT good customer service. I understand it's Friday, but business is business and if you say you're open you better not approach me and give me the boot yelling me you're closed.

  I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks, but I work at 5am once a week and this is the only place open at that time. My mobile order is always ready when I walk in. Conveniently located right by the 5 freeway on and off ramp, but the parking lot is a nightmare! They share the lot with a few other businesses so it's a bit of a commotion when everyone wants to get their Starbucks fix. The Tustin high schoolers flood the place, so there is usually a line to the door depending on the time of day you go/time of year.
